Head Chef, Spencer Wilson creates modern Scottish translations of time honoured dishes and the repertoire includes mushroom tortellini with pigeon breast, 28 day aged Black Gold beef with roasted spring vegetables; roasted rump of organic lamb with boulangere potatoes and an Earl Grey crème brûlée.
The great afternoon tea tradition at Pompadour Restaurant is more than just cake and a cuppa; there are chocolate cups and fruit mousse, freshly baked warm scones, fruit slices as well as finger sandwiches.
