It has often been recommended as one of the best American style restaurants in Edinburgh. They are especially proud of their steaks and burgers, sourcing the best Scottish beef available, but it has a menu to suit most tastes with all dishes being freshly prepared. Situated overlooking Brunsfield Links with panoramic views over the meadows to Arthur's Seat makes Katie's Diner an ideal place for a romantic meal and its BYOB policy also makes it a good choice for those on a tighter budget.
