ITRI aspires to bring to diners the Italian philosophy of serving simply prepared traditional food in a relaxed environment.

The menu is in tune with the seasons so you could, perhaps, start with an onion soup, grilled aubergine roulade stuffed with scamorza cheese, oven baked and finished with rocket pesto, or a mixed plate of Italian cured meats served with side salad, homemade onion marmalade and toasted bread topped with taleggio cheese. Those hankering for seafood could try the famous mare nel piatto, a fantastic selection of the freshest seafood available in the market, cooked with white wine, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and flat parsley. Pasta choices include paccheri with fresh tomatoes ragù and ricotta cheese, finished with rocket pesto and parmesan cheese, and tagliatelle ITRI, egg pasta cooked in a sauce of red peppers and goats' cheese.
