Dishes, rich with flavour and world-inspired, showcase the chef's creativity and present the diner with varied creations.  In chilli crêpe filled with butter and kidney beans, enjoy the way the spicy rich tomato chilli is complemented by guacamole, crème fraîche and chocolate sauce. Sweet potato, cauliflower and cashewnut curry as well as beetroot, apple and Dunsyre blue soufflé similarly stimulate the palate with their assortment of flavours and ingredients.
